How are active users calculated?
They are the user accounts your application has registered inside the environment. The panel shows how many there are at any time, so the number is never a surprise at the end of the month.
What happens when I exceed my user limit?
We talk and move you to the plan that fits. Your application is not shut down overnight for crossing a number.
What happens if I need more than 1,000 users?
